The practice had a reputation the website couldn't carry. Strong reviews, a busy blog, but service pages that didn't rank and a site that took almost eight seconds to load.
Miracles has been helping people in Dubai since 2013, from the Meliá Desert Palm, with 20,000+ lives supported. The old site was slow, hard to update and built on a template that fought every change.
The ask started as a 12-page redesign. An SEO audit showed that a plain redesign would break pages already ranking, so I re-scoped it into a 30+ page rebuild that kept every URL and moved the rankings across intact.

Every page rebuilt by hand on WordPress with a shared design system: one sitewide CSS and JS layer, global header and footer, and page sections built in code instead of a drag-and-drop builder.
Each page started with its search structure before any design: target keywords, one clear H1, H2–H3 hierarchy, meta titles and descriptions, and schema.
Page load dropped by more than two thirds. Lighter custom code instead of builder bloat, optimised images, and caching tuned on both WP Rocket and the SiteGround server.
Wellness first-timers are hesitant, so every page keeps the next step obvious: a free consultation form, WhatsApp and a clear phone line, with a country-code picker on every form so international numbers arrive correctly.

One admin panel for every service, program, signature experience and team page. The content editor changes copy, images and sections without touching code or breaking the design.
Scans every page for what stops it ranking: missing headlines, snippets, image descriptions, broken links and redirects. Plain-English fixes, a per-page view, a link map and a CSV export.
A locked article template with schema and search metadata built in, so every post is consistent and ready to rank. It powers a 64-post, 16-week content plan, with a new article roughly every two days.
